Okay, over the past 63 weeks, we've learned that I should participate in fan auctions only as a bidder, because the only thing more unpredictable than RL is my muse. Also, If I do participate in fan auctions, I really shouldn't volunteer to write in a fandom I've never written before, no matter how much I love the show.
